ONLINE DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery

Most of our clothing products have a production time of 5-7 business days. Your package will be shipped within 1-3 business days after production with the exception of major holidays and weekends. We ship our packages with USPS and occasionally, a signature may be required on receipt on rush orders. If you are not around to take the delivery of your package, the carrier will leave a receipt with instruction on how you can collect your package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and re-mailing a package if returned, will incur an additional delivery charge. 

Fine Art and furniture, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of fine art pieces as they require specially packaging and shipping. For special instructions on fine art shipping costs or for questions contact us at info@kraveandkulture

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online clothing purchase, you may return unused and undamaged articles of clothing within 7 days of receiving your package (purchasers expense). The articles must be returned undamaged, and unwashed with their labels attached. Refund will be issued 3-5 days after we receive the package. For return instructions, please contact us at info@kraveandkulture.com

We do not offer refunds or returns on Fine Art, Furniture or Swimwear/undergarments. If you receive an item that is damaged a claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to info@kraveandkulture.com for review.
